• Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Free Trial: New users may receive a free trial period. Your payment method will be charged automatically upon trial expiration unless you cancel.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Mind the Gap—including text, graphics, logos, software, and study materials—is owned by Mind the Gap Ltd. or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI study partner generates personalized recommendations and responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information independently.

8. School Partnerships

If you access Mind the Gap through a school partnership:

• Your school may have access to aggregated, anonymized performance data
• Additional terms may apply as agreed between your school and Mind the Gap
• Your school may manage account access and permissions

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mind the Gap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific academic outcomes or grade improvements
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind the Gap Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• You will not be entitled to a refund for any pre-paid fees

Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, except where we have a legal obligation to retain certain information.

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an active account. After account deletion:
